 Valentine’s Day is a wonderful chance to strengthen your intimate bond with one another. If you want to excite and thrill your girlfriend or wife this February 14th, use our list of top ten ways to make her hormones explode!
Women are very different from men, and they need certain things in order to feel close and loved. Once you’ve given these to her, she’ll feel safe and ready to explore the sensual world with you.
- Buy Her Lingerie – Take the time to pick out pretty lingerie that really suits her body and her personal style. Even a pretty silk nightgown or robe will be perfect, in a Valentine color like red, or pink. There are many special pieces in stores right now that have heart motifs and other Valentine features. It should be easy to give her something that makes her feel sexy and cared for.
- Chocolate – Give her some handcrafted chocolates that will boost her libido and her mood. Find special chocolates that have a touch of style, and come in a pretty box.
- Jewelry – If you’ve thought about proposing, now would be the perfect time to pop the questions. An engagement ring on Valentine’s Day will provide her with the most joy and romantic inspiration possible. She will want to show you her love immediately! If you aren’t ready to get married, a pretty pair of earrings, or a heart-shaped locket, would be great choices for this day.
- Make Dinner – A candlelit dinner with food you’ve prepared yourself will lead to true romance. If you are truly a hopeless chef, then buy some fancier takeout, but be sure to arrange it on nice plates, and make sure there is some good wine or special cocktails on hand.
- Buy Something For The Bedroom – Pretty silk sheets, or even super-soft flannel for winter, will make her bed soft and inviting. As well, gorgeous duvet covers and great pillows make a romantic gift that is also practical. She’ll love sharing her bed with you when it is so pretty and comfortable.
- Candles – Women love scented candles, so look in boutiques for the best, scented candles for this Valentine’s Day. Once they are lit, casting a pretty glow over the room, romance will seem natural.
- Poetry – Women don’t like anything crude or course – take your cue from lovers of old and buy her a keepsake book of poetry she can enjoy again and again. Shakespeare’s sonnets are beautiful and romantic. Write a loving note on the flyleaf, and she will respond to your romantic gesture.
- Romantic Restaurants – Find a special place where they cater to lovers on Valentine’s Day, and provide live music, such as a pianist or violinist. Also, make sure the menu will lead to romance and a feeling of well-being. Creamy desserts like crème brulee will put her in the mood for love, and she will be able to dress up, something women really enjoy on special occasions!
- Movies – From the passionate embraces of Rhett Butler and Scarlett O’Hara in Gone With The Wind, to the modern humor and wit of When Harry Met Sally, and Bridget Jones Diary, you can draw inspiration that will make her feel romantic and open to sensuality with you on Valentine’s Day. Find something she would like – Transformers isn’t going to work for Feb 14th. Stay away from car chases and explosions, and focus on chick flicks she would choose.
- Music – If she loves music, a bright Valentine-pink Ipod Nano, loaded with romantic songs will thrill her, and make her jump into your arms, and stay there!
