The Good:
This vacuum cleaner has a convenient on/off foot pedal. I thought its suction power and cleaning ability were great on carpets as well as floors. The cleaning tools were easy to attach to the extension wand. Position of the unit could be easily changed using a foot pedal, allowing the vacuum body to lie flat for cleaning under tables. It has a helpful headlight for cleaning in areas with low light. It is relatively easy to lift for storage.
The Bad:
It would have been helpful if it had been stated on the box that minor assembly is required on this product, albeit very minor assembly. The holders for the attachments and power cord needed to be attached with screws. Two of the screws could not be attached securely, despite several attempts, leaving the holders usable, but wobbly.
The product packaging references a “powerful 12 Amp motor. . .” and while this is great for suction ability, the sound the product produces when in use is very loud and noisy. The vacuum cleaner had to be turned off in order to for the user to hear someone speaking nearby. The vacuum is slightly awkward to maneuver in corners or small areas. Position of the headlight prevented full cleaning under beds.
