Why You Need A Better Bra

Women of all ages, colors, shapes, and sizes are walking around in old, stretched, worn-out, poor-supporting, and ill-fitting bras. And most of them are wearing the wrong size.
Although this may seem like no great tragedy, these “bras” are not doing these poor women - or their breasts - any favors.
There’s a good chance that you’re walking right alongside these women, completely oblivious to both the fashion and health crimes you’re committing. Here’s the truth, plain and simple: You need a better bra, and here’s why.
Give your breasts support.
An old, or the wrong, bra won’t support your breasts properly, which basically defeats the purpose of wearing a bra in the first place! Finding and wearing a better bra—something that’s new, supportive, and fits you properly—can even help protect your breasts from age- and postpartum-related sagging.
Reduce breast and back pain.
Many women with chronic breast and/or back pain find their symptoms relieved after simply upgrading to a new, better bra. This is especially true for larger-breasted women, who are most at fault for wearing the wrong size and choosing bras with unsupportive straps.
Improve overall breast health.
Besides supporting and reducing pain in your breasts, wearing a better bra can improve your breast health. Old, ill-fitting, and support-lacking bras can actually damage your breast tissue and restrict your circulation as well as lymphatic flow, affecting your breasts’ cellular health. Maintain breast health throughout your 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond by wearing better-fitting and more supportive bras.
Look better and slimmer.
You’ll be amazed at the transformation you’ll see in your entire body when your breasts are lifted and properly supported with the right bra. Women who try to “cram” their breasts into too-small bras actually look heavier all over than women who wear the correct size. Also, for most women, the slimmest part of their bodies is right underneath the breasts; however, wearing unsupportive bras will cause the breasts to sag slightly, covering that area right up.
What kind of bra (besides brand-new, of course) should you get, then? That depends largely on the shape and size of your breasts, as well as your age and life stage. For example, a 20-year-old young woman with B-cup breasts will need something different from a 30-year-old pregnant woman with DD-cup breasts, who will need something different from a 45-year-old who’s closer to an A-cup size, and so on. No matter who you are, though, every woman needs a high-quality, sturdy, supportive, and comfortable bra.
To get the right bra, you really should consider booking a professional bra fitting to help you find your right size and learn what types of bras are the best to buy. Once you know your real size and what kind of bra to look for, you’re on your way to stress-free bra shopping (be prepared to dish out some good money though—but it’s totally worth it) and finally giving your “girls” the lift and support they deserve!
